  • Orders must be placed online or via phone, providing accurate pickup and delivery details.
  • Payment must be completed before delivery unless a business contract states otherwise.
  • Any cancellation or modification of orders must be made before dispatch, or cancellation fees may apply.

4. Delivery Commitments

  • We aim to complete deliveries on time, but factors like traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays may affect schedules.
  • Urgent deliveries such as Rush & STAT services will be prioritized accordingly.
  • Our team follows HIPAA-compliant handling procedures for medical shipments.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • C Henry Services is not liable for delays due to external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., road closures, recipient unavailability).
  • Package loss or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate address details for pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal substances, etc.) cannot be transported.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
